We are unable to give refunds on orders where incorrect addresses have been submitted. Please double check your order to ensure correct address.
Under special circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund. Please read below carefully.
- You must have a valid reason of asking for a refund. For example, if you simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Please explain carefully of your concerns and why you think you deserve a refund via e-mail.
- Your refund/return request must be within 30 days of original purchase date.
- Our product(s) must be un-used with all original packaging. Everything must be un-opened and completely sealed. Everything must be in a saleable condition.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping to return item back to us.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we receive the product(s) from you, we will refund via your original payment method.
